This is 100% correct. Georgia had a runoff in 2014 when one of my children turned 18. They were 18 after the primary but before the runoff so were ineligible to vote in the runoff. In 2014 the law was enforced.

This year, something like 66,000 minors voted on nov 3. I am in a constant state of furious! I have called and emailed about all of this so much since nov 4. Not a peep except a few legislators not in my district and my own rep lying to me and spouting MSM talking points at me.

Still I will vote in the runoff because, should it get unraveled and illegal votes thrown out by somebody who cares about the Constitution, I want my Legal vote to be there and really just because Trump asked us to.

Not just the law, but the GA Constitution says this. How has this not been challenged in court? Or crammed up Kemp and Raffensberger's ass do they stop it.

I think Lin Wood has put in an emergency injunction(?) to stop it. Someone else, I believe, filled a complaint with Cobb County electoral board to disqualify 20k voters from voting in the runoff that had to be heard.

Cool. I was thinking Wood should have filed, but his tweet didn't mention it. Seems clear as day that the GA Constitution overrules whatever agreement some political hacks sign.

It's ok though. They are demonrats. Different rules with no consequences.

ThaDtothaOtothaN 6 points ago +6 / -0

If this is the case then why are the Dems running around touting that they have registered 80,000 new voters in the last month to vote in the runoff? Why is nobody doing ANYTHING about this kind of shit?

Trump and the SCOTUS was USA's last chance. No more debating on how to rearrange furniture on the Titanic. Now we talk about secession.

SECESSION!

SECESSION!

The ga legislature won’t yet intervene. They can call a session based on US Constitution, but not GA Constitution. Really stuck because state rights trumping federal edicts is really big here, as it should be. But they are just not using common sense as the whole game is nullified when one breaks the law in an election and they have every right to put the sos and Gov in their place.

The other issue is that I’m pretty sure some of the legislators are in on it. All ga gop legislators voted for the machines except one. All dems voted against.

And I believe the gop knew they would be cheating a little and I believe the dems knew it too so just felt like they had to out cheat them.

And are we again waiting to sue!? Wtf is going on! Great tell us but file the damn suit and tell us that. If you need money to file than just fucking say it! So tired of just listening to illegal shit. Fucking challenge it before, during and after.

RedFoxOnFire 3 points ago +3 / -0

What?

The people who cheated and didn't face repercussions in 11/3 are going to cheat again?

Well, I'm sure they won't cheat in 2022 and 2024. They're bound to give us our fair shake eventually.

(sarcasm)

There is some important information in here. Democrats have been advertising and promoting people to MOVE TO Georgia, so to vote in January runoff election.

But if this rule (stated above) is true, then all the people who just newly moved to GA will have casted "illegal" vote.

Remember this !!!

The Republicans say they'll fix it next time. This is next time; are they doing anything?

1
MsAnthropic 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well OF COURSE THEY ARE, why wouldn’t they? They paid no penalty for cheating in November.

So that’s why nobody stopped her. I didn’t think I could be any more surprised at the corruption in my state.

This is the establishment's backup plan. Even if Trump stops the steal, they'll still have the Senate thanks to stealing Michigan's seat and the two Georgia ones.

Isn’t this one of the purposes of the Insurrection Act, when local authorities are ignoring voting rights?
