That photo was taken months ago. I carry my radio on my Alice pack, as is the IFAK. However, my wife is a veterinarian and if we boogie, the vast majority of medical supplies are carried by her. Lidocaine, tramadol, more vitamin M than you can shake a light duty chit at. Suture material, sterile gauze, super glue, surgical glue, antibiotics, we can keep our family mended for some time.
One think I didn’t do was pile all of that gear together for a family photo. Although I should have. Because (not you) apparently some think you have to post your entire bugout set or it’s a failure. I have more than I will probably ever need.
