You’re right. This is a spiritual war. I believe that it always has been, or at least it’s been building up to one throughout history. I think that right now we are seeing some serious effects because the country is torn in two. Democrats and Republicans aren’t just politics anymore, it also has to do with morals. Pro life or pro choice? For God or against God? For lgbt rights or not? There’s a lot more, but those are a few that are huge differences in our political parties. These are differences I don’t think will ever be “fixed” either. People are going to hold their beliefs no matter what the other side says. I like to think that I don’t stand on either side, but I do stand with God. With Him, I know that all things work out for those that love Him. I trust that He has good in store for our country even through the hard times. It reminds me of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18:16-33) when Abraham asks God to spare the city if there are even 10 righteous people. I have faith that God hears our cries because there are still a lot of righteous people in the United States.

No, it is not a Contingent Election and it will go to a full 435 member House vote first for Certification.
In order to force a Vote by States, it must go thru these steps:
(1) One Congressman and One Senator must object to the Official Electors.
(2) This will force a vote in both chambers. But it will be a full House vote with 435 members.
(3) IF the objection is sustained, it becomes a Contingent Election and it will force a House Vote by States which Trump wins with 26 or more States to 24.
But the problem is (2). The House is Majority (D) 222-213.

I’m pretty sure the gop electors aren’t official. If this were the case why didn’t the Democrats just send alternate electors in 2016 so Biden could pick them? I THINK that if pence were to challenge electors from swing states or not pick any at all then the senate and house would have to agree on who to choose, if they cannot agree (which they won’t) then the electors certified by the governor (Democrat’s) will be used. It really seems to me that our only hope left is the 2018 executive order.

At the moment the GOP electors which voted in the contested states on the 14th have absolutely no Constitutional legitimacy since they have not been certified by their respective State Legislatures - this means that it would be unconstitutional for Pence to try to count them. It's also true that any vote to throw out a state's electors on the 6th would require a majority vote by both the Senate and the full House to toss the votes for that state, any other result ends with the governor certified (and pro-Biden in the contested states) electors being accepted. Anyone saying that the vote to throw out a state's electors in the House will be conducted by state delegations instead of the full 435 member body is wrong.

The Constitution gives State Legislatures the responsibility of deciding how electors will be assigned. In every state in the US, the legislature decided to assign electors based on a popular vote in their state overseen by some combination of the governor, secretary of state and an election board. In the states where the election fraud has been most significant, (PA, MI, NV, etc) the electors which were chosen by the Democratic party to vote for Biden have already been certified by the governor. On December 14th the other electors, who had been chosen by the Republican party to vote for Trump if he won that state, also cast and sealed their ballots. The problem is that those electors have no Constitutional authority because they were only appointed by their state's branch of the Republican Party, unlike the Biden electors who were (through fraud), certified by their state according to the process laid out by the state legislature. Unless the relevant state legislatures convene and vote to certify the alternate Trump electors, those votes for are no more valid than if a group of random libertarians met in a bar, made up an electoral slate for Jo Jorgensen and sent it to Congress for Pence's consideration.
Ok this is absolutely wrong about the governor. The governor has the duty to deliver votes cast by the legislature to Washington. He doesn't have the choice. He can't just decide which votes to send. The governor not certifying contested delegates doesn't just make them disappear, he has ZERO authority here, only the legislature does, and those contested electors were sent by members of the legislature.

Each state vote of electors requires written challenge from 1 senator and 1 representative. I.e. if California’s 55 college votes are opened by Pence, a member can bring a challenge, then Pence will ask is it written and have both a representative and a senator.. then 2 hours of debate is allowed to determine if Californias EC votes are valid. If not, then discarded.
At the end if no candidate has 270, the House votes, 1 vote per state. In this case DJT likely wins as Republicans have more states, unless they cuck out.

My understanding is that you need a simple majority of both the House and Senate to agree to sustain an objection. Dems control the House so that almost certainly won't happen. Even if all the Republicans in the Senate voted to object, you don't have both Senate and House agreeing. If there is an electoral college challenge in congress, the only bets taking place will be who the traitors will be among the GOP and vote to not object.
I like the weird dueling electors play where VP Pence tosses the states electors from states that submitted duplicates. Or maybe the R controlled Senate picks the R slate of dueling electors from battleground states and the D controlled House picks the D slate or electors like in the Hayes election. I share some of your concerns but if it goes to the House each state gets 1 vote, decided by the majority vote within each state. The breakdown in the new 117th Congress is the GOP- 26 states, the Dems- 20 states, 4 are tied (they would count as an abstention). So there is definitely a path, we just have to get it to the House.

You’re right. This is a spiritual war. I believe that it always has been, or at least it’s been building up to one throughout history. I think that right now we are seeing some serious effects because the country is torn in two. Democrats and Republicans aren’t just politics anymore, it also has to do with morals. Pro life or pro choice? For God or against God? For lgbt rights or not? There’s a lot more, but those are a few that are huge differences in our political parties. These are differences I don’t think will ever be “fixed” either. People are going to hold their beliefs no matter what the other side says. I like to think that I don’t stand on either side, but I do stand with God. With Him, I know that all things work out for those that love Him. I trust that He has good in store for our country even through the hard times. It reminds me of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18:16-33) when Abraham asks God to spare the city if there are even 10 righteous people. I have faith that God hears our cries because there are still a lot of righteous people in the United States.

I have often wondered if there were forces behind the Trump presidency who recognized the threat China posed and maneuvered Trump to run for president.
Don't get me wrong, Trump is the leader of the free world and every accomplishment has been his. I don't discount the very reasonable likelihood that a simple American patriot with enough money and enough clout to run for president just happened to succeed and hold his own against every corrupt power in the world on his own savvy and tenacity.
But think about it. Trump is one of the world's leading figures. He has a lifetime of political connections to all of the world's most powerful people. He has stated on numerous occasions his reluctance to run for president but that he would because he didn't like how things were going. It is not unreasonable to assume that someone - whoever - approached him to set all this up and have been backing him all the way. But who? The military? A concerned group of influential billionaires who could read the writings on the wall? I wonder who - if anyone other than Trump - would care enough to intervene.

No, it is not a Contingent Election and it will go to a full 435 member House vote first for Certification.
In order to force a Vote by States, it must go thru these steps:
(1) One Congressman and One Senator must object to the Official Electors.
(2) This will force a vote in both chambers. But it will be a full House vote with 435 members.
(3) IF the objection is sustained, it becomes a Contingent Election and it will force a House Vote by States which Trump wins with 26 or more States to 24.
But the problem is (2). The House is Majority (D) 222-213.

I’m pretty sure the gop electors aren’t official. If this were the case why didn’t the Democrats just send alternate electors in 2016 so Biden could pick them? I THINK that if pence were to challenge electors from swing states or not pick any at all then the senate and house would have to agree on who to choose, if they cannot agree (which they won’t) then the electors certified by the governor (Democrat’s) will be used. It really seems to me that our only hope left is the 2018 executive order.

At the moment the GOP electors which voted in the contested states on the 14th have absolutely no Constitutional legitimacy since they have not been certified by their respective State Legislatures - this means that it would be unconstitutional for Pence to try to count them. It's also true that any vote to throw out a state's electors on the 6th would require a majority vote by both the Senate and the full House to toss the votes for that state, any other result ends with the governor certified (and pro-Biden in the contested states) electors being accepted. Anyone saying that the vote to throw out a state's electors in the House will be conducted by state delegations instead of the full 435 member body is wrong.

In the states where the election fraud has been most significant, (PA, MI, NV, etc) the electors which were chosen by the Democratic party to vote for Biden have already been certified by the governor. On December 14th the other electors, who had been chosen by the Republican party to vote for Trump if he won that state, also cast and sealed their ballots. The problem is that those electors have no Constitutional authority because they were only appointed by their state's branch of the Republican Party, unlike the Biden electors who were (through fraud), certified by their state according to the process laid out by the state legislature. Unless the relevant state legislatures convene and vote to certify the alternate Trump electors, those votes for are no more valid than if a group of random libertarians met in a bar, made up an electoral slate for Jo Jorgensen and sent it to Congress for Pence's consideration.
Ok this is absolutely wrong about the governor. The governor has the duty to deliver votes cast by the legislature to Washington. He doesn't have the choice. He can't just decide which votes to send. The governor not certifying contested delegates doesn't just make them disappear, he has ZERO authority here, only the legislature does, and those contested electors were sent by members of the legislature.
Anyway, what I read was that if the Senate and Congress in DC do not agree, then the electors certified by the governor will go through.

Each state vote of electors requires written challenge from 1 senator and 1 representative. I.e. if California’s 55 college votes are opened by Pence, a member can bring a challenge, then Pence will ask is it written and have both a representative and a senator.. then 2 hours of debate is allowed to determine if Californias EC votes are valid. If not, then discarded.
At the end if no candidate has 270, the House votes, 1 vote per state. In this case DJT likely wins as Republicans have more states, unless they cuck out.

My understanding is that you need a simple majority of both the House and Senate to agree to sustain an objection. Dems control the House so that almost certainly won't happen. Even if all the Republicans in the Senate voted to object, you don't have both Senate and House agreeing. If there is an electoral college challenge in congress, the only bets taking place will be who the traitors will be among the GOP and vote to not object.
I like the weird dueling electors play where VP Pence tosses the states electors from states that submitted duplicates. Or maybe the R controlled Senate picks the R slate of dueling electors from battleground states and the D controlled House picks the D slate or electors like in the Hayes election. Unfortunately I am afraid the Senate lacks the balls.

I share some of your concerns but if it goes to the House each state gets 1 vote, decided by the majority vote within each state. The breakdown in the new 117th Congress is the GOP- 26 states, the Dems- 20 states, 4 are tied (they would count as an abstention). So there is definitely a path, we just have to get it to the House.
And how is that IF going to happen? A majority vote to use the contingent election rules? Ok.... that will never happen.
