I’ve also been told by multiple people that pence has the ultimate authority to pick the electors but I can almost guarantee that is false information. I’m pretty sure the gop electors aren’t official. If this were the case why didn’t the Democrats just send alternate electors in 2016 so Biden could pick them? I THINK that if pence were to challenge electors from swing states or not pick any at all then the senate and house would have to agree on who to choose, if they cannot agree (which they won’t) then the electors certified by the governor (Democrat’s) will be used. It really seems to me that our only hope left is the 2018 executive order.
