I'm sad that our former country has gotten to where I have to ask this.
Other than the obvious TX, what states have had the most minimal or shortest lockdowns and overall are decent as far as freedom prospects? I'm fed up. I have to move to a state that has a decent chance of remaining free for a while. There are so many RINOs that it isn't as simple as looking up states with R governors and legislatures.
I have other requirements on the state I move to that will filter most of them out, but I don't want to dox myself too hard. I know some of you guys have a good bead on this aspect. Maybe this will help everyone who is thinking about uprooting their old lives as we approach 9 months into wanton lockdown destruction.
I’m so glad I’m in Florida
Texas has blue areas too, so what areas are still red? All of these people from BLUE states are moving to conservative states and bringing their liberal ideas.
West Virginia went 100 percent red for the 2020 WINNER Trump.
Been in the same boat, bro. My current votes are for Wyoming and Montana. Utah was ruled out by the lady (hates deserts, I guess. Or sister wives).
Ultimately it comes down to how independent you're willing to be and accepting the costs that come with it. Personally, Wyoming is on my short list because of the incredibly low density of people. That said, it's populated by 20% humans and 70% aggressive winds, 10% hostile wildlife. Perfect if you wanna keep softies away from you. Honestly, I've found that it comes down to a mix of job applicability and population density if you don't have a means of income outside of a 9-5 type job. I'm a tradesman, so I'll survive. But if I was bound to a gig? I'd be real careful and find a community loooong before a move.
Some places might be a little too hardcore for me! I do like having a human population around.
Quality over quantity, my friend. Think like minded and you'll find yourself among like minded people.
AZ
I'm looking at West Virginia and South Dakota. Would be nice to make Virginia great again
