I don't want to live under martial law, however, I also do not want to live in a Socialist country where elections no longer matter and we become a colony for China to control. If the left has their way, they will rule over us with an iron fist and destroy all dissidents. They are coming for us and they see this election as proof of their mandate to destroy everything the MAGA movement stood for. Our ideas and beliefs are irredeemable.
At least if Trump somehow turns dictator and won't cede the power back to the people, we'll have survived the first purge and will live to fight another day.
I know people in power are dragging their feet and don't wanna work with Trump. However, he does have SOME loyalists, and he has the ability to take certain action on his own. I'm willing to fight for this country, but I won't fight on behalf of someone who isn't willing to stand up and do what's necessary themselves. He has tools in his belt he can use without needing the cooperation of the whole government.
If he uses his powers to take action, and all hell breaks loose, I'm am not only willing, but would be PROUD to fight. However, why should we be willing to stick our necks out for someone who is unwilling to do their part? Trump has the country behind him, and we'll support him and do what's necessary if there's fallout from him bringing down the hammer.
I just think it's unfair for us to pull all the weight when Trump has the ability to pull some slack. If he is not willing to fight for us, why should we for him? I suppose because we MUST to save our country, but I will lose total respect for Trump of it comes down to that and we see no attempt at action from him. The swamp is FAR too deep. There is no way to win this taking the high roads or going by the book. You never win a game against a cheater by playing fair. DRASTIC action must be taken. Trump is the leader of this country and the ball is in his court. He BETTER take the shot.
Now, I'm not saying he WON'T do anything, and I absolutely HOPE that he does. I honestly can't see him doing nothing. If not for the country than for his legacy and his ego. Giving up just doesn't seem like Trump. We're getting late in the game and so far theirs been no movement, though. I sincerely hope he has a plan and is willing to do WHATEVER is necessary. Like I said, I'm not hating on him. I have NO idea what he is or isn't going to do. I'm just saying, in the event that he does nothing, I will still fight for my country if I must, but I will lose all respect for him if he fails to stand up for this country is it's most desperate time of need.

As the leader of America and all that it stands for, Trump should be MORE than willing to do the same. He's been standing up these last 4 years, and everything has been building up to this moment. We are at a pivotal point in the history of our country, and everything is on the line. I understand he wants everything to be as clear as possible and for most people to understand why if he has to make such a controversial move, but sometimes you just have to do what's best, even IF many people don't realize it's for the best.
