I just filed a FOIA for Eric Michael Swalwell born Nov 16 1980, it sure would be a shame if he didn’t disclose his personal “sexual” relationship with Fang Fang, you know, perjury and what not.

My guess is he would have needed to file in his initial SF86 in 2012 unless he is a spook, then again in 2014 with him joining the Intel committee meaning he would have needed to renew in 2019 prior to the news coverage of Fang Fang. If he didn’t mention her in his 2019 SF86 or inform the US House security management office of his relationship with a foreigner while maintaining a TS clearance, he should at the very least be stripped of his clearance.
