I am a nobody, but I have been sending emails to senators, reps, GOVs and AGs almost everyday.. very little responses back

The Wheel is too weak to use for such massive spikes like in MI.
The Wheel is meant to be a sneaky algorithm that gently alters the trajectories for both candidates.
That wouldn't have sufficed in MI.
