For about 2 days after the election covid was gone. No mention of it anywhere on the "news". Now that Trump is gaining momentum they are turning the COVID up again.

And if the county enforces it not the governor I think they are playing that loophole. Unless new edicts from Gruesome, the ones a few weeks ago were strongly worded suggests not orders like last time. The counties can enforce the suggestion however they want until told stop. It is a technicality fuck job that very few people are standing up to.

Yes, they are basing it on a totally manipulated metric called percent of remaining ICU beds. This number is flexible and is meant to be less than 10% normally. They set the fuckin' baseline for lockdown at 15%. I checked today it said that it is at 2% remaining in certain areas. The thing is, I've been tracking this since the beginning. They have a baseline limit for what is considered 100% before they open more beds. This does not include all hospitals or surgery centers. There is no call for temp hospitals or a god damn hospital ship, which recently left the state of California to Portland, OR. The entire metric is based on something that is easily refuted by just looking at their own damn numbers. Another interesting fact, this time of year ICU beds reach 100% often.
