December 18: The previous failure announcement failure was a FAKE OUT! Ratcliffe rats out Eric Swalwell in the report that wasn't supposed to come out today.

Ratcliffe is using the Dems own dirty tactics against them. Remember when they falsely claimed a water pipe broke in a vote-counting building to cause a false evacuation, allowing the Dems to pull out briefcases of bogus ballots? Later on it was found there was no broken water pipe.
