Country boy here. Never been to DC and years since lived in big cities so somewhat of a noob to logistics as I tend to avoid cities like the plague.
Current plan is to rent a van so I can sleep in it if I have to in b4 don't sleep with it on. Have a rated sleeping bag and mat, have camped in cold weather before in and out of the military. Will bring in enough supplies for myself and some to give out to others including food and medical. Have ability to defend myself.
Where do I park? Airport? (don't mind paying)
where do I go to meet up with other patriots? Do I uber/taxi, walk or take public transportation?
Hard to find information online understanding that we don't want to post too much for opsec. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check out the structure bounded by North 15th Street, Stafford Street, Quincy Street, and Washington-Liberty High School (formerly known as Washington-Lee...weak sauce)
That 2-block deck over I-66 is a free, multi-level parking garage that never seems to be full. Also just a few blocks walk to Ballston Station, provided they keep Metrorail open...also by the 38B Metrobus line that runs to downtown DC. I've personally walked to DC from there also. Sidewalks and trails everywhere and no hazardous highway crossings.
