I've always wondered...will placing dots or lines with makeup or tiny stickers on our face, alter facial recognition programs? Big black or white dots away from the corners of our eyes, nostrils, mouth, chin, etc. make us unidentifiable?

Don't worry about it, they'll know you by your cellphone, travel to DC, gait and height. Unless you plan on materializing like Raiden in a park and walk on stilts with a pebble in your heel while wearing a fat suit and facial prosthetic, you're going to be identifiable. Why nobody bothers to identify and arrest rioters and violent antifa, that's a whole other can of worms.
