Someone created a script with a slow python http request library, I would rewrite it with grequests

Each transaction needs to be deducted from previous votes total. It also depends which type of votes it's related to. These entry is json. It's calculated different.

Vs Trump votes average 100 times. They both received almost same amount with 0.26% difference. Biden votes entered manually(Fake).

OP is incorrect in title. It's not 0.26% ... It is 0.26 error rate, which equals a 26% error rate.
0.26% is much much smaller than 26%
Biden 2,474,507 49.51%
Trump 2,461,837 49.25%
