I have no idea what Jesse may have said about Hitler and have not read the book but I would not be surprised if Hitler did treat Jesse Owens better because the democrap party platform was the template of the of Nazi party platform but the Nazis toned down the racist rhetoric. Therefore, Jesse would have most likely been treated better by Hitler than the democrap party.
