On tactical level - yes it was retaliation for several surrounding villages On a bit larger scale - UN's fault. Why there was enough weapons to do all of that in demilitarized zone? On strategic level - yes, my Serbs fcuked up, by starting new round of socialisms. Milosevic's national(istic) socialism, Alya's pan-islamic-socialism (read his Manifesto) and Tudjman's limited-capitalistic-socialism-nationalistic

Marxist ideologies, based on classes are protecting class interests by redistributing properties and don't care about individual rights, including the right to life.
WWII, start, Ustashe were eliminated class of wrong nation - Serbs WWII, end, Communists were eliminating class of wrong material status, landlords and factory owners 90's, All 3 national(istic) socialisms, were eliminating other ethnic classes from their area
