The fate of our Constitutional Republic is at stake. New evidence arrives on an hourly basis that our vote was stolen from us by widespread systematic voter fraud and corruption. 80+ million Americans are having their legal votes cancelled out. We The People need to have faith in free and fair elections. On Wednesday, January 6, 2021 the 117th Congress will meet to tally and approve of the Electoral College votes cast on Monday December 14, 2020 by each state’s electoral college. Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes. The vice president, as president of the Senate, presides over the count and announces the results of the Electoral College vote. The president of the Senate then declares which persons, if any, have been elected president and vice president of the United States.

7 states: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have sent both Republican electors for President Donald Trump and Vice President Pence and Democrat electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Our REPUBLICAN elected servants in both the House and Senate should OBJECT to the Electoral College vote so that the House of Representatives and the Senate can debate on which Electoral College votes should be accepted and which should be throw out. If any objections to the electoral votes are made, they must be submitted in writing and be signed by at least one member of the House and one Senator. If objections are presented, the House and Senate withdraw to their respective chambers to consider the merits of the objection(s) under procedures set out in federal law. It only takes one member of the House of Representatives and one member of the Senate to do this. The more REPUBLICAN Representatives and Senators that do this, the better.

They should either ACCEPT the Republican Electoral College votes for these 7 states or THROW OUT and DO NOT COUNT the electors from states that sent two sets of electors. If no presidential candidate wins at least 270 electoral votes (a majority of the 538 available votes), under the 12th Amendment to the Constitution, the House of Representatives decides the presidential election. If necessary, the House would elect the president by majority vote, choosing from among the three candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by state, with each state having one vote. (The District of Columbia does not vote because it doesn't have voting members in the House of Representatives.)

Someone please answer my question because I keep seeing two different answers so after 1 Senator and 1 House member contest the electoral votes for a certain states then does the Senate and House vote on whether to accept the throw out of those electors or does the state's house of reps vote? I keep seeing two different answers and if its the House of Reps they will unfortunately never majority vote to throw out the electors from the contested states because there are more demorats.

On Wednesday, January 6, 2021 the 117th Congress (this is the NEW Congress made up of folks that were elected on November 3 2020) will meet to tally and approve of the Electoral College votes cast on Monday December 14, 2020 by each state’s electoral college. Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes. The vice president....Mike Pence, as president of the Senate, presides over the count and announces the results of the Electoral College vote.

In addition, there are numerous instances of voter fraud, corruption, unconstitutional procedures, and failure to follow individual state laws as approved by individual state legislation.

State Legislator in any of all 50 states (and especially in those 7 contested states) could convene at any point between now and January 6 to decertify any of those previously sent Democrat electors further adding fuel to NOT accepting Democrat electors.

There APPEAR to be plenty of representatives that are planning to object and there is TALK of SOME Senator objecting. The pressure needs to be kept up so that as many representatives and Senators object.

Once the objection to the electoral college vote is made. The House of Representatives goes to their chamber to debate. The Senate goes to their chamber to debate. They are debating on which electors to accept and which electors to throw out.

IDEALLY, they should either ACCEPT the Republican Electoral College votes for these 7 states (and any other state that has irregularities) or THROW OUT and DO NOT COUNT the electors from states that sent two sets of electors.

House has a Democratic Majority. Senate has Republican Majority. It's assumed that House would accept Democrat electors. It's assumed that the Senate would accept Republican electors. The January 5 run off election MAY change the balance of power in the Senate which is why its important to vote for the Republican (be it RINO) candidates.

After the debates, If no presidential candidate wins at least 270 electoral votes (a majority of the 538 available votes), under the 12th Amendment to the Constitution, the House of Representatives decides the presidential election. If necessary, the House would elect the president by majority vote, choosing from among the three candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by state, with each state having one vote. (The District of Columbia does not vote because it doesn't have voting members in the House of Representatives.)

Can WE THE PEOPLE still get screwed over during this? Absolutely. I am of the opinion that we will DEF get screwed over if we simply sit back and wait to se e how it all plays out without doing anything. If you contact your elected servants various ways, multiple times, you are at least doing SOMETHING.

Each state gets one vote in the House. GOP has the advantage. ( by states but not actual members) Pedes please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong or elaborate but that is my understanding if it goes to a contested elections
