Prior to Nov 3rd election, Chicago and New York had massive delays in shipments through USPS. I ship almost daily. Atlanta didn't have an excess of delays at that time. Did Chicago and New York send their rigging crews here for the Jan 5 Run Offs?

My friend had lots of packages that sent out early in Dec, still didn't get any tracking information saying they are in the processing center. He called to complain and usps told him, because lots of workers were sick or died from covid19, plus the hiring processing to hire a postman takes so long so they can't hire 50 people at once ect. Didn't know whether that's an excuse or what. He's in Chicago.
