All the wrong questions to ask in the 21st century.
All the wrong approaches to a situation like this.
All the wrong strategies to an opponent like this.
Where is the battlefield?
In the digital square. In your mind. At every institution that has political power.
What is the plan of attack?
To identify the coup taking place and to react to acts of war. Until these happen, the plan is not to attack. The US has historically been the reactive force in each war that we've won, not the proactive force. Your post is likely just agitation rather than curiosity.
Who or what is the enemy?
If this is pushed to a war, anyone with a position left of center is a potential enemy. This includes socialists, communists, marxists, neo-cons, RINOs, Modern Liberals...anyone with these ideologies that exist in positions of political and institutional power. Also anyone claiming to be "right wing" but have collectivist and identarian ideology need to be grouped with the rest of the leftists where they belong.
Large businesses, academia, tech, media and even medicine have all institutionally collaborated with government to seize power in the US and it is how Socialism works. Government utilizing businesses for their own power is the tradeoff for the core of how Socialism works. This isn't big business vs government, this is a collaboration of big business and government to create one powerful collective force which protect each other. This is the goal of socialism and is the most anti-capitalism thing to happen to a country.
Which target do you take out 1st?
Depends on the hand history deals us. If a Civil War happens, it's likely not us acting first. That's just how history has always been for us.
Spying, Propaganda, Psy-Ops...all these things are not only crucial in a war, they've historically decided them. So yes, the mind is a very crucial battlefield.
