The order identifies who needs to give an assessment and what is defined as foreign election interference. The latter sections dive into specifics. It's important to see who would be considered complicit.

Part 1a's deadline has passed to submit a report to the DNI. Ratcliffe confirms there has been foreign election interference and a public report will be out in January.

All relevant agencies are called upon to do their job to amend intel to the report. Knowledge related to interference at the state and local levels are amendable as well.

There can be a blockage of improperly received assets involved with foreign election interference. Think of the monetary gains that could be frozen.

In addition, there are a wide range of sanctions that can be levied on all of those players that have been found to be complicit.

Section 7f: the term “foreign interference,” with respect to an election, includes any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions;

The failure of the government agencies to complete the duty for this Executive Order leaves Trump with very limited choices to take further action. Trump gives the opportunity to come clean about foreign election interference. The Insurrection Act should only be invoked after he's exhausted all options. He's literally playing this by the book.

The courts have shown that they won't do their duty. The legislatures have shown that as well. The media and Big Tech are suppressing this information. Try to conduct the same search terms about foreign election interference on Google vs Duckduckgo or another browser

If you re-read his tweets since November 3rd, they have all been explicit about what is happening. And Twitter still tries to influence their readers with the "fact-check" notification. Either they are a publisher or not. They keto claiming that they aren't, but they are clearly showing their bias.

Feel free to ask questions or let me know if there are any corrections that I can make.
