In all seriousness, it would be helpful to have some suggestions and a guide for our southern brethren.

Layers are important.

Get some Hot Hands or other hand warmers too.

I used to work in a food cart during college, and during the winter having a hand Warner in each shoe was the best.

Technically they tell you not to do that on the package so proceed at your own risk.

Go to cabellas and get the bibs with the sleeves. It's like a jumpsuit. You'll look like the camo Michelin man but they're warm. They're having Christmas sales now so they won't be as expensive as usual. Put some long johns underneath, then comfy jeans, long sleeve, then sweatshirt. Layering is annoying but you'll be glad you did. Wear your biggest boots, get thin socks, put wool socks over them and warmers in your toe. Thermacare also makes some big back warmers for muscle pain. I used to use them for cramps but then I learned they keep my core very warm while hunting too! Lol.

You can always shed layers to cool down if you're too warm. Better to be safe than cold lol
