I have always believed the Kraken is either something to with military Intelligence with Miller, Patal and Ezra Cohen-Watnik being put into place after the election--I don't believe this is servers being seized and CIA shoot out--or President Trump enacting the EO. Maybe a combination of the two. Sidney Powell gave an interview with Lou Dobbs shortly after the election where she said, and I'm paraphrasing: I believe President Trump needs to release the Kraken. He is being advised not to by those around him, but I believe he knows he has to to save the republic.
