Certainly had vacations canceled due to real world events but it would be more than just pilots because you need the ground crew to get them in the air and keep them there.
Post 9/11 we mostly were doing the domestic patrols in the Air Force but still it would be like 5-10 people for every pilot that were recalled from vacation. Sounds like it's a fake tweet to make us all look like retards anyway.
