The only thing I would add is to bring walky talkies, hunting knife, and if possible body armour.
One other thing, if police try to single out the armed it would be helpful to be able to blend groups to conceal the individuals. Rain ponchos of a uniform color will work nicely. They fold up nice and tiny and fit almost anywhere.
Everyone wear an unusual, super noticeable, and same colored, giant target on their body! Yeah nothing glowing about this post at all... might even be worse than the everyone wear bright tropical shirts routine...
