Yep, there was no mention on the ticket but in another part of the app it mentions this. Since travel from Virginia and Maryland are exempt I'm considering flying into Dulles or Baltimore and renting a car for the final stretch. Worst case drive the entire way from Illinois, I've done a longer drive to South Dakota in a single day before though not in winter.
