Idea is good though, however in Poland it is known that the courts dont do cases against people/corps who have money and abilities to use many lawyers, they always do against small and medium companies.
That's what we need here. I.B.O.R (INTERNET BILL OF RIGHTS ). Imho, I think this is a better answer to censorship than repealing sec 230. Extend our rights into the digital world ( shouldn't be needed and should already be covered, and yet, here we are ). Covers free speech on social media. Covers buying and selling firearms via the 2A. And every other right we have would also be covered .
