I am going to have to travel pretty far to get to the rally. I have never been to D.C. Where do I fly into, and where are our people going to be staying and rallying? Need to make plans.

Either of the two DC airport is fine. Everything is relatively close in the DC area because DC is tiny.
That said, we need 10 million people. There are not nearly enough cabs, buses, hotels, etc. to support that, so I suggest planning on alternative arrangements.
RV rentals can be cheap than hotels. There are a hike/ bike paths from surrounding areas into DC that are an easy trek for just about anyone.
Bring food and water with you.
