I am not familiar with another “Alice” system.
What is interesting is that the U2 recently completed a successful demonstration of a mid-air data transfer. This is a huge leap forward for gathering real time intelligence on troop movements across the globe. The U2 retrofit eliminates the need for orbital satellites to be in the right place at the right time in locations where we don’t have a geostationary satellite available.

That hpc is no longer used it was dismantled and repurposed mostly used for climate models anyway replaced with summit

We are past the time of Super Computers.
We have all the actionable knowledge on the ground.
The main problem (by design) in which the ONLY SOLUTION NOW is either Pence action in the senate or Insurrection Act.
