I am not so hyper-focused on the issue of identification and civilian targeting. If they wanted, they can identify and track each of us as it is. No need for any website-specific conspiracies. If there were a database and a leak, though, it might be done under the guise of one of these websites. Because that is how it would be explained to the layman.
