I'll be honest with you, i have no clue but seen one of his videos a while back and it became true, and this one has so many things that ring as possibly true. Take it as you will, i tend to believe this guy, it makes sense.
I've listened to the man before...he seems to provide very sound analysis. He's not LARPy...just calm a measured.
He's ex intelligence from what i recall from the previous video listened to. The thing is the AG bar thing makes sense.
