Fascist much? Or they could just charge them under the UCMJ and let the punishment fit the crime. Why dishonorable discharge for disagreeing about election fraud. How about Dereliction of Duty. Undermining authority. Anything legal and just, but immediately taking their God given right to bear arms and dishonorable discharge seem excessive.
