Anytime I see "DUMBs" mentioned I can't help but think it's a LARP. The whole "DUMB" thing seems like disinfo to discredit anyone pointing out an actual underground military facility. Do we have them? Almost certainly! Is it some Hydra level supervillain facility? Prrrobably not.
On the other hand, not all of the intel community being black hats seems likely to be true. Certainly, some of the things that Wood and Powell have been saying seems like they are leaks... or at the very least, meant to scare the shit out of the deep state that their comms are compromised.
