When flying spirit you have to basically wear what you are bringing and decline everything. I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged to take a piss. That said, I flew from NY to West Palm Beach for $30 and they didn’t get me for a cent more.

I just checked. You can get a direct flight to BWI from HOU on Southwest for as low as 54 the day before.
