Many women may be better off at the smaller local events, unless they are veterans or at least have weapons and self defense training. We would be easy marks/potential hostages and get in the way of the mission. It isn't the place for the average woman or any children. And, yes, I'm a female pede - the guy who said for us to stay home and was downvoted was 100% right.
