Actually the votes of black and brown and female and (fill in the blank for the minorities the Dems USED to care about but threw under the bus) Americans who voted for Donald Trump were all handicapped/worth less than one vote thanks to the Dominion/Smartmatic algorithm automatically handicapping portions of R votes.

Kinda like that good old "3/5ths compromise."
