We pulled it off in Richmond at the start of the year, we can pull it off in DC.
8' uprights won't cut it. Man + noose and a little rope requires 12' minimum overhead.
Run 12 or 16 footers. Pre cut shoulders in the uprights so it can be lashed together or nut bolt on site.
5 boards should get it done for a tandem model.
