100%- 0.00003%=99.99997% 100% - 0.0002%= 99.9998% 100% - 0.005%=99.995%...
They mistakenly put a percentage symbol on the infection rate numbers.
I'm pretty sure that is the chances of getting infected AND dying from it. Whereas the 99.998% is chances once you have it.

I think the middle column isn’t supposed to be a percentage but rather the decimal form
Looks like they forgot to convert infection fatality to a percent, but added the symbol. Move the decimal 2 to the right on each one.
So if we take out the nursing home deaths then it’s probably less dangerous than the flu
