The most obvious one of these is the crime of being “offensive”.
Thankfully the more senior judges tend to see sense much of the time, but you still can get convicted by idiots in lower courts and have to spend a lot of time money and effort appealing the case.
Since 2017, social media can be sued in Germany if they don't delete hate speech quickly enough. To avoid having to pay millions of Euros, the networks delete more than necessary which results in censorship. I hope the Polish law forces social media to allow freedom of speech again
