You could probably do it before Christmas if you get started right away. Turn your transponder off before you enter the DC ADIZ and you'll be good, Potomac river is the approach path for commercial aircraft into National Airport, so thats where the wake turbulence and all the traffic is, knowing that means you won't need flight following or air traffic control to fly safely the inside the ADIZ.
