Someone posted this a few days. We had a few nutbuckets on this site lose their minds because the customers dared to trying breathing fresh air in a business.
While these guys aren't wrong to take a stand, I kind of feel bad for the minimum wage employees who are caught between a rock and had place. They have to put food on their table too, and their choice is between being a mask enforcer, or losing their job.
That being said, in a scenario like this the proper move for the employee is to just escalate it to her boss and not get emotional about it. Unfortunately, not getting emotionally invested would require her to understand that it's all a bunch of bullshit.
