What if someone has had it and they've gotten over it? They don't need a vaccine. They have the anti-bodies and their memory B cells hold the information for decades.

Ah we knew this one was coming. So it is not covered under the ADA. However, it does say if you have a disability or a “sincerely held” religious belief you are exempt under the anti-discrimination act.

If you are lucky enough to have proven you can work remotely I think it might be hard for them to say that’s not a reasonable accommodation
