Just a tip for those that plan to use uber or lyft when going to DC. it is a rideshare area, so no livery plates. Make sure model and color of car match account, and plate number. If driver is not the same guy the app shows in picture, cancel and send complaint that driver was not the one in the app. When you go to get in the car, give your first name only, then see if driver tells you the destination. ONLY YOUR DRIVER will know the destination, because the app will tell him. If he/she/xir doesnt know the destination, cancel and get out.
