In 09 Dominion had about 0% of U.S market share, Didn't won Premier voting IP rights, or have any ownership over Sequoia. In 2010 Dominion had 50% market share with its purchase of Sequoia and Premier voting. They have failed to meet certification standards for their systems deployed for elections, and have face lawsuits on that matter from competitors and most recently the Trump campaign. Nothing about Dominion is on the up and up nor did the system set up that got the 2018 certification actually get used in any election, rather they used different software and hardware in the elections.

There is absolutely no justification for Dominion to be used nor recieve 100+ million dollar contracts. They routinely fail to meet certification standards in elections, they are very much using Sequoia software which is doubly fd up because Smartmatic was forced to sell Sequoia if they wanted to be allowed in the U.S market back in 06, yet just 4 years later Sequoia was magically ok for Dominion to use. Lack of research is the absolute most innocent explanation a official using them for elections can use, the only other reason would be corrupt intentions.

Thanks for the history lesson. I am wondering how this crept into our systems and wonder what market share shifted over the last 4 years in preparation for this election.

In 2016 I found Dominion held 30% of the market, haven't found anything regarding 2020 election share. They were allowed to skirt the law because government agencies responsible for making sure a company meets legal standards and only actively uses certified systems. The only difference between 06 when Sequoia wasn't allowed to be used in the US and 09 when it was determined to be ok is the administration. Courts, government officials, government agencies all not just failed us by allowing this company to do what it has done, but used our tax payer money to enrich Dominion...so our money is paying for a company in the U.S that isn't accountable to U.S citizens or our laws apparently. It kept into the system with the aid of elected officials.

2013 Delaware court documents from when Smartmatic and Dominion went to court over Sequoia IP rights in the U.S. The judge ruled they had equally valid legal standing to claim and use Sequoia software in the U.S and thus did not favor in eithers side.

2006 government report regarding Smartmatic entering the U.S market and the sale of Sequoia

Court case where ES&S took Dominion to court over Dominions continued inability to pass full certification and should therfore not be allowed into the market on the grounds Dominion isn't meeting the same standards ES&S and others comply with which creates a unfair playing field. Dominion kept getting partial certifications or extensions but not meeting federal standards meant to ensure safeguards in our elections. Even this past election they only had certification for a specific set up but that set up wasn't what got used in our election. ES&S didn't win the court case...

2020 court case in GA where Dominion got taken to court by Trump over failing to meet federal standards and ensure secure elections. Again the judge didn't so much side with Dominion or GA but refused to force GA or Dominion to fix the situation.

Time and again this is what has allowed Dominion to continue to operate without meeting or following certification standards, allowed for them to deploy machines that were technically on local servers but could access and were accessible remotely via the internet. Courts even after the election fail to force Dominion to answer for their actions, states knowingly used Dominion despite or more likely because their known issues (like being able to change votes without risking it traced back to any individual), and even when a court in GA ruled Trumps team had standing post election should faults with Dominion cause injury, and acknowledged the states responsibility to ensure the election results aren't manipulated and follow federal security laws, now that those issues have happened and been taken to the courts...nothing, and the state is making it ridiculously hard to access machines, and have since messed with election documentation making it hard to get the full picture if and when these machines do get looked at. Yet no investigation by the FBI, DOJ, state police, nor any court stepping in to remedy the situation, and Trump so far not having taken a more direct approach, even the SC refused Texas over lack of standing (legal speak for I need an excuse not to take this case and avoid the conversation of merit) in spite of previous rulings...

I dated the court papers so they can be found more easily with a quick Google search but I didn't save the links so don't have them at the ready.

There is more, but if all this isn't enough to move the needle then nothing will be.
