The close friends in the law enforcement, whom have seen the video with me, end up agreeing with me that he was shot, and then checked the wound. Which ended up getting him murdered by the whole gaggle.
Unfortunately they still have no answer to how they would have behaved differently had they been there. A guy puts his hand my his chest/where a gun could be drawn & tmit is either them of the guy who might have a firearm going home. There seems to be droves of older & experienced law enforcement leaving due to bad policy & horrible work conditions, many forsaking their retirement or increased retirement just to get out of the toxic work place.
Befriend good law enforcement pedes & help them navigate the BS Commie culture the CCP seems to be pushing on them. Help them defend their oath & support the good ones. We may need them much sooner than any of us want to believe.
He was actually shot by OSP, but the whole thing was a shit show. Poorly organized stop by FBI, followed by him driving off, while driving away FBI agents fired on the truck, and that set up the run in with OSP. OSP could have helped by not setting up their roadblock on a bend in the road.
Then the FBI agent that shot at the first stop, picked up his brass and denied he fired any rounds, and his associates lied in their statements. The rounds fired at the first stop were not justifiable at all by any current legal standard.
Finicum had made plenty of statements that he was going down with a fight and the FBI was all too eager to give that to him. This was like Waco where you have a whacked out religious leader preaching to his followers about the apocalypse and the ATF played right into it.
