I am not convinced that President Trump is even going to declare Martial Law, or invoke the Insurrection Act. However, for the mere fact that they would even publicly say that, they should immediately relieved of the duties, and forced to retire.

He's not. Martial Law is INCREDIBLY unpopular. You'd see his approval ratings drop to single digits overnight and the media would call him a despot and dictator. And they'd have some defense for calling him that.

Martial Law and Insurrection Act are LAST RESORT options in a time of open conflict in the US. When there are people in the streets fighting and killing eachother en masse.

You don't want Martial Law. I don't want Martial Law. No one here wants Martial Law. They try to act hard and say they do, but 99% of them are fucking LARPers who bought a second hand AR for 700 bucks and think they're Soap McTavish from Call of Duty. The other 1% are legit psychopaths that want to kill someone to kill them. If Trump called Martial Law, the National Guards of ALL the blue states would activate. You know, the REAL militia's of states? Then the red states would activate in response. Then you have a war. And then what? What about military installations in blue states? What would they do? What about NORAD in Colorado? What about all the nuclear silo's in the US? What about all the aircrafts in Arizona? Idaho? Oregon? Washington? Martial Law would be extremely messy and the states would take over those bases. Including all assets and hardware.

People don't understand how devastating something like Martial Law/Insurrection Act would be. Stocks would FREFALL overnight. Destroying our economy. Mass panic in the streets. Stores would close, medicine would be extremely hard to get overnight.. Panic breeds fear. Fear breeds violence. Violence breeds death and suffering.

Trump doesn't want wars in other countries. But people are demanding he have a war on our soil. It's crazy how deluded some are.

Is that what the article said? I could only find this:

There is no role for the U.S. military in determining the outcome of an American election,” Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Army chief of staff Gen. James McConville wrote in a joint statement Friday.

That doesn't even mention martial law, it says there is no role in "determining the outcome of an American election" - nobody has asked them to do that and that's not what martial law is.

NO.

Do you have any idea how stupid that would be, new account? There are psycho's ITCHING to go on murder spree's that are screaming at Trump to do this so they can kill people. On this site. Let's not give them the authority to bear arms against others, okay? We don't need dudes that want to commit war crimes in the ranks of lawful combatants.

Just out of curiosity, what would your recommended course of action be if the courts and legislatures refuse to even hear the evidence for election fraud?

The military has no role in upholding the Constitution of the United States of America. LOL. Guess every person who signed that are going to be stripped of rank and tried for treason.

Is what was said incorrect? Also, the secretary is civilian, he doesn't hold rank and who's going to strip the chief of staff of rank? Not the President. Only the Senate can do that. So he's not going to get stripped of rank or tried for treason because he spoke the truth. The military has no role in elections. They're apolitical.

I don't know why people just knee jerk to 'AMAGAD TREASON'. You should read up on what treason actually is and when it's applicable. They said nothing inaccurate.

Do they swear any oaths to the constitution?

And if they are straight up screwing the constitution, that is the literal meaning of the word treason.

And yes, the military does have a role in elections. If the election is unconstitutional, then they are oath bound to nullify it. PERIOD.
