I really like Matt Gaetz. I hope he stays true to his word.

81
unique_string 81 points ago +138 / -57

He will stay true until he is in a position of power where he has the possibility of making a positive difference, then he will mysteriously fail to follow though, but he'll have a good excuse ready.

See every other Republican member of Congress for references on this prediction.

TheNewRepublic 125 points ago +130 / -5

I thing Gaetz is different...not sure if you are aware of this but he has his staff compile a list of Clinton crimes and deeds in thedonald for a house hearing. He’s truly one of us.

He is, this man believes in representing his voters. He regularly reaches out to anyone who has contacted his office to verify positions he takes.

Only rep that I know who actually checks with the voters.

If they steal it I'm just never voting again, there's no point.

I think lots feel this way, and they want you to feel this way.

And now they won.

But I feel the same.

Exactly. It will take serious leadership, not squishy rino swamp creatures to do what needs to be done to fix the what's wrong in this country

Write "Donald J. Trump" in every GOP slot on the ballot until the elections are trusted.

I think there are many out there like gaetz, but many take the money at some point and fall victim to corruption. It’s why term limits have to be implemented.

1

Oh, so in that case he is going to obviously decide to commit suicide at 4am in a local park by shooting himself 7 times in the back of the head. And somehow, in his distress, his hand writing in his suicide note somehow changed to exactly match Hillary Clintons...

He hasnt undone red flag laws

13
BillDStrong 13 points ago +13 / -0

People have this weird idea, that the executive branch is the one that does or undoes laws. They only sign a law that is presented to them, the other branch makes those laws. Call them and tell them it is a priority, and call him to sign it. Is hem enforcing those laws ( I genuinely don't know, live in Maine.) That is the thing he can do, is not enforce those laws.

Well in all fairness a lot of Republicans are decent people and do want to get along and respect our law and our institutions, but Trump has been showing them how corrupt they are and that we can fight back. After seeing how pathetic the Dems were no one wanted to have anything in common with some crazy person with a #resist or calling themself part of the resistance. Now that widespread organized election fraud is being exposed widespread by organized folks dedicated and determined to fighting it it's not hopeless at all, in fact it seems more and more certain we will prevail. Every day since the day after election day I've felt better and better about our odds and future.

What is the Mormon Mafia? Mitt Romney and Evan McMullin know.

Mitt was named after the Quarterback of the Racine Legion NFL team.

Many don’t know that FLDS split in the Wisconsin area. What is Strangite? What are the Voree plates?

Why is FLDS connected with Boy Scouts, Scientology, Knights of Pythias and Malta, Jesuits and NASA? What happened to Warren Jeffs?

Why did Mitt pick Paul Ryan as his running mate from the same area?

Why was Paul Ryan the real secret of the Tarmrac meeting, and why did he really leave public office at the peak of his career as the most powerful man in Congress?

1

What is the Taliesin Fellowship?

Who is Svetlana Alliluyeva?

I followed the wives.

3
TrustTheTruth 3 points ago +3 / -0

Frank is now “celebrated” and no one mentions the real dark side beyond what a few papers wrote as the cover pieces.

Not only this below, but much worse. Why did Frank give his wife a living doll house? Was it a school, or a cult? What drove some of them crazy? Who did they worship? What is the real agenda of One World Government and One World Religion?

Svetlana Iosifovna Alliluyeva (28 February 1926 – 22 November 2011), later known as Lana Peters, was the youngest child and only daughter of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin and his second wife Nadezhda Alliluyeva. In 1967, she caused an international furore when she defected to, and in 1978 became a naturalized citizen of, the United States. From 1984 to 1986, she briefly returned to the Soviet Union and had her Soviet citizenship returned.[1] She was Stalin's last surviving child.[2]

In 1970, Alliluyeva answered an invitation from Frank Lloyd Wright's widow, Olgivanna Lloyd Wright, to visit Wright's winter studio, Taliesin West, in Scottsdale, Arizona.[21] In 1978, Alliluyeva became a US citizen,[1] and in 1982, she moved with her daughter to Cambridge in England, where they shared an apartment near the Cambridge University Botanic Garden.[21]

In 1984, during a time where Stalin's legacy saw partial rehabilitation in the Soviet Union, she moved back together with her daughter Olga, and both were given Soviet citizenship.[1] In 1986, she again moved to the U.S. with Olga, and after her return denied anti-Western comments she had made while back in the USSR (including that she had not enjoyed "one single day" of freedom in the West and had been a pet of the CIA).[1]

Alliluyeva, for the most part, lived the last two years of her life in southern Wisconsin, either in Richland Center or in Spring Green, the location of Wright's summer studio "Taliesin". She died on 22 November 2011 from complications arising from colon cancer in Richland Center,[1][22] where she had spent time while visiting from Cambridge.[11]

At the time of Alliluyeva's death, her youngest daughter, Olga, went by the name Chrese Evans and ran a fashion boutique in Portland, Oregon. Yekaterina, a geologist, was living in Siberia's Kamchatka Peninsula studying a volcano. Her son Iosif, a cardiologist, had died in Russia in 2008.[1][21][23]

I had my reservations about Hawley. I wanted Petersen to win the senate primary, and he raised legit concerns about Hawley looking like a careerist. But Hawley has pulled through for MAGA time and again, so I’ll happily concede Petersen was wrong about Hawley’s character.

That is, until Hawley disappoints us, which again he hasn’t thus far.

4

That is B.S. made up by Tucker Carlson. How can a single congressman in the minority party do anything about big tech?

All he can do is speak out against them. Jim Jordan speaks out against big tech, Cucker Carlson attacks him. Hawley speaks out against big tech and Cucker calls him stunning and brave.

Don't fall for the propoganda.

Good luck making another party. The Repubs and Dems have been spending decades "fixing" the election process to exclude the libertarian and green parties from ballots and debates that any new party created from this fervor will be side lined like the rest and be stuck at 1% vote for the foreseeable future

2

It would be easier to take over the republican party and make it known that only America First candidates need to stick around the others can all be primarried out.
