There are going to be so many civil lawsuits if they go through with this plan, for huge sums of money. There are numerous laws preventing employers from forcing medical treatments on their employees. Not that laws matter much these days, but the health laws still exist even if temporarily ignored. The civil lawyers are very good at knowing which judges are favorable to their case before they file the case.

I literally quit my job in October when they announced the vaccine would be mandatory. I don’t qualify for unemployment now but I regret nothing.
