Lin Wood has a case going to SCOTUS. Rudy Giuliani is working at getting individual states to decertify their electors. There's others. I can't remember them all. SCOTUS cases have to go through lower courts first.

He had to wait until, at a minimum, the electoral college cast their votes, at most, he has until the votes are tallied.
But his lawsuit is in the pipeline.
I just haven't seen it docketed anywhere, maybe they're waiting? Idk that's why I asked
