Wouldn’t black spray paint be more effective... and I wouldn’t punch them... I would just take off their helmets and face masks. Then all the cameras can identify them. That’s more problematic for them than getting beat up.

My man says starting fluid is more flammable and shoots farther.
But WD40 will stay on a surface for days instead of seconds. Extend the straw of a pressurized liquid to the end of a stick. Add tazer or electrical BBQ ignitor. Selectable spray paint, pepper spray, etc.
Holy shit, I just realized, super soaker filled with salt water would be pretty effective in this weather.
