Wouldn’t black spray paint be more effective... and I wouldn’t punch them... I would just take off their helmets and face masks. Then all the cameras can identify them. That’s more problematic for them than getting beat up.

You can buy something called liquid skunk on Amazon. It’s a small bottle, VERY concentrated, can be diluted to make mass quantities like the “skunk” weaponized stuff in your link. They use baking soda and yeast... you can use it in whatever you want. Just be careful, it’s bad for everyone nearby.
