I aim to make money by doing this as a mixture of private investigations and traditional journalism. Primary client who fronts money for assessment of viability and general interest, profit generated through long tail engagement and patrons. Primary client always disclosed. No advertising ever. Maybe a platform for others to use at some point.

I want to know what you think would work as a topic for this format. What kind of seemingly little things does the news not talk about in your area? I have a list for my community but I want to cast as wide a net as possible. I fully intend to travel for this. Written, video, pictures, whatever media is most appropriate for the information.
